About Jovana
Hello! My name is Jovana. I am 23 years old and am a final year student at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. I am currently studying Chinese language, literature, and culture, and I am also learning Spanish as a second foreign language. In addition, I also speak English fluently, but let's move on to everything that makes me an adequate person to teach private Serbian language lessons.
I have been interested in the grammar of my native language since I was a child, and I enjoyed that type of learning. However, I believe that my first-ever Serbian language and literature teacher in elementary school played a very important role in this. Her way of working, patience, hard work, and rich knowledge are what motivated me to become interested in grammar and start participating in school competitions. Since I am aware of her influence on my love for languages, especially grammar, I would like to, above all, help someone in the same way and make them start liking learning and improving their native language.
Studying and preparing for competitions significantly contributed to my knowledge of the grammar of the Serbian language and later facilitated my further education and preparation for the entrance exam of the Faculty of Philology. I didn't have to sit at a desk for days and hours memorizing definitions, nor did I have to solve thousands and thousands of tests and old entrance exams. It was enough for me, with the help of my elementary school teacher, to remind myself of everything and refresh my previously acquired knowledge.
Well, I would also like to help you and make it easier for you to prepare for the Serbian language entrance exam. I am aware of how much it means when the person you learn from is self-sacrificing, always smiling, and patient, and I would do my best to follow the example of my beloved Serbian language and literature teacher.
Let's get to know each other and work together to solve every grammar problem that stands in our way!

I have always been interested in languages, and solving grammar problems has always been a pleasure for me. This is precisely why I want to share my knowledge with you and help you to better master the grammar of the Serbian language.
If you are preparing for the entrance exam, I am here to help you solve all your doubts.
A typical class would look like we would go through certain grammar definitions together that give you difficulties, as well as solve grammar problems together. I have Serbian grammar and a bunch of old entrance exams, as well as competitive tasks for primary and secondary schools, so finding material would not be a problem.
