About Taha
I'm an aspiring medical student studying A-level Biology, Chemistry and Maths with a genuine passion for helping others learn. Having recently completed GCSEs with top grades, I have first-hand experience of the current curriculum and understand the techniques needed to achieve high marks.
I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit individual strengths and areas for improvement. My teaching focuses on clear explanations, problem-solving skills, exam practice and building confidence. My tutoring style is friendly, structured and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building understanding rather than memorisation, using clear explanations, guided practice, and step-by-step problem solving. I also use past papers and exam-style questions to help students develop confidence and strong exam technique.
A typical lesson lasts one hour, though I can adjust the length depending on the student’s preference. Each session includes a short recap of previous content, focused teaching on the topic of the day, and time for practice and questions.
Although I’m a Year 12 student, I have strong subject knowledge, having achieved grade 9s in GCSE Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I understand current specifications, revision strategies and common difficulties students face, which helps me relate to learners and explain concepts in a clear, accessible way.
My lessons are ideal for GCSE students (typically ages 13–16) of any level—whether you’re aiming for top grades, need help with specific topics, or want general support throughout the year.
