About Mercury
Hi, I’m Ziang, a native Mandarin speaker who has lived in the UK since I began my GCSE studies. Currently, I’m studying at the University of Bristol, where I’m pursuing my passion for language and cultural exchange. Having experienced both Chinese and British educational systems, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to a different culture.
I’m passionate about teaching Mandarin because I believe language is a gateway to understanding people, culture, and new opportunities. My goal is to help students of all ages and levels, whether they’re beginners or looking to refine their skills. I enjoy creating engaging, interactive lessons that build not only language proficiency but also confidence.
