About Sebastian

I am currently a Student at Reading University. Having lived in Spain for 15 years, and growing up in Valencia, I am fluent in Spanish. I did my IGCSE's and I A Level's over there whilst part time teacher in a local after school academy, so I have plenty of experience teaching kids and school students of all ages.

I have 6 years experience in private 1 to 1 tutoring and have tutored students from ages 6 upwards to GCSE level.

About the lesson

Mastering or even learning a new language isn't all about books or verb tables like most people tend to think. I believe that one of the best ways to learn a language is orally, through practice and repetition. My teaching methods are all about confidence boosting, as when a student has confidence, knowledge and understanding will always follow.

I also specialise in GCSE tutoring (Maths, Science, English, History andGeography) and have many years experience helping students with their GCSE Exams. I offer tailored plans for students looking to prepare with plenty of time in advance to students who are looking to revise and consolidate their knowledge soon before the exam. Flexibility and a tailored approach are key.

I currently am teaching at a specialist academy in Spain, where I teach students at any level in all the subjects and topics covered above.

I offer a free first lesson in which I get to know the student whilst conducting some level tests to understand where the student is at to the cater to their level accordingly.
