About Avantika
Hello folks! I am Avantika, an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication. I too am a student, maybe someone who has completed a little more syllabi and has come across some great texts and I can't wait to share my amazing experiences and knowledge that I have gathered over the years. School can be stressful at times and classes a little boring or intimidating for you to explore more. This is where I can help you and answer your questions to the best of my ability and give tips and tricks to excel in your class. I like to keep my classes interactive and give more respect to the knowledge being shared than the authority dynamics. As a teacher, I like to keep my classes interactive as I believe learning is not a one way process and talking down is definitely not a method of teaching I implement. As much as rote learning is important in the Indian school education system, I like students researching in order to quench their curiosity and making their own study material along with the additional help that will be provided in forms of compiled texts and links to helpful online sites in the classes. The classes would ideally be an hour-long where new portions would be taught, revisions would be done and help would be provided to prepare for examinations. The classes are intended for ICSE and CBSE students, from standard 1-8.
