About Julia
I have been doing sports since I was 2 years old. I have officially practiced figure skating (3 years), soccer (1 year) and roller skating (17 years).
I have a medium and higher degree of sports, I have learned the techniques, the rules of many different sports and also how it works the anatomy to be able to exercise the muscles well.
I have also been a cheerleader at a campsite for 4 years where I did Zumba, aquagym, yoga and steps classes.
