Donika is very patient. I love her etiquette on zoom when she babysat my kids all of Covid. She was so fun and still caught their attention.

Donika have very strong communication skills, she knows when and why to listen to her students, she is very focused in collaboration(which means the students will learn more from each other), she is able to work in a constantly evolving environment and adjust her teaching methods based on the age of their students, the resources available and changing curriculum, practices and requirements. She’s able to engage students with humor, creative lessons. Another thing about her is thay she knows how to show empathy over her students. She is very patient. She knows when to share her knowledge and experience with others. She loves teaching, thats why she is a trustworthy teacher.

Donika is an outstanding teacher. For a while now, she has tutored my niece and we both have never been happier. I have seen the way she works with children, and they are very lucky to have her! I recommend her to others because she is one of kind, and definitely someone my niece will never forget about.
