About Trisha
Hi! I am a Bachelor of Arts student at the University of Melbourne, and am currently majoring in Psychology. Psychology was my favorite subject in high school, and inspired me to major in the field in university. My passion for the field continues to stay with me, and I would enjoy sharing that passion with other students who may be wanting to pursue Psychology after high school. I want to teach because I genuinely care about helping students feel more confident about their academic skills. I know that any science subject can seem overwhelming and difficult because of how heavy the content can be, but I want to show you that it can become an interesting and engaging subject that builds curiosity and excitement. I am an organized, patient, and supportive individual. I aim to create lessons that reflect my values, such as creating a comfortable space that allows students to feel confident and proud in their abilities.

I create clear, engaging lessons that help VCE students strengthen their Psychology skills at their own pace. I tailor every session to the student, focusing on their specific needs - whether that be on specific content, exam tips, and revision skills. My teaching method involves individualised lessons that are centred around specific goals, active participation through short activities and discussions, and supportive and critical feedback on practice exams and tests.
These lessons will primarily be for students doing Unit 1/2 & Unit 3/4 Psychology.
They will run for 60 minutes. However, if a student requires more time, that can be discussed.
