I’m a college student, too! I took Calculus 1A in my first semester of college. I wouldn’t say it was easy, but I genuinely enjoyed learning the material and finding ways to overcome the challenges.

Math can be your beast, but it can also become your best friend. If we have to face it anyway, it might be a good chance to make friends with calculus? ~

About the lesson

Getting an A+ is not only about proving that I am good at math. It’s about knowing that I truly understand the concepts of Calculus 1A.

I’ve struggled with math before, and I know how frustrating it feels when your brain is full of confusion and nothing seems to make sense. I don’t want other students to go through the same experience without someone there to help them.

I’m a student now. I’ve had about two years of experience tutoring students both in person and online during college. In my tutoring sessions, I prefer to use your own textbook or worksheets so we can connect what we’re learning to your class and follow your professor’s teaching style.
