About Silky

My name is Sevghi. I’m an undergraduate student from McGill University. As a human being, I am super multi-dimensional and I have a lot of different passions that keep me engaged and in love with life at all times. Whether it is intellectual work like reading and writing or meditation practices like breathwork, yoga and qigong, I like to explore the different layers of the learning process.
My experience as a psychosocial worker, developed my social and teaching skills. My academic record testify the precision and care I put in acquiring knowledge. But rest reassured that behind this screen will not be a plain academic person. I am a dynamic and bubbly person so we will have a good time as we meet together in the learning space.

About the lesson

I am a very curious, creative person who loves to make the most customized experience for every individual. I teach languages— French, English, as well as psychology and health therapies (food medicine, art therapy). I’m an honors undergraduate student and since High School throughout University I’ve been helping others in learning how to learn.

My background in psychology and arts give me the tools to help you keep engaged with the material. I love to teach adults, and undergraduate students. Whether you are more a visual learner, an auditory or even a kinesthetic learner, I will help you achieve your goal, while nurturing your motivations together so this becomes a smooth process lead by the heart. As open and creative that I like to be with my tutoring, I honor the importance of methodology and structure. On our first meeting we are going to create the framework from which we will be working to create the best learning experience for you.
