About Anshu
I am a Mathematician. But as every Mathematician i needed a hobby. Psychology isn't a hobby but teaching psychology is.
I was in high school when my teacher told me about the importance of psychological well being and from there on i focused on it and started learning it. It's been years but i am happy that i got it and i hope everyone should know about it too because it is important.

I have had many experiences and psychological mishaps in my life like any ordinary life. But i have learnt and grown past it because i had the way, so i use these experiences and practical approach to talk to you and release the problem. Medication is not my thing. Because i believe that every mind out there is just needing to open up. Nothing can't be unresolved if you talk, to relax and you meditate.
