I'm ESTHER KOLAWOLE.
I teach because I love giving knowledge to people as I have started already. Most diseases we have today could have been avoided if we know what to eat and how to prepare them. The lack of knowledge and understanding about Food and their nutrients is High in Nigeria. That's why I take my time to share this knowledge so that people can be cautious of what they eat and why they are eating those type of Food.
