About Jade

Hello ! I am a student in Arts but I offer English lessons that may be suitable for someone just starting up to a C2 level.
I am part of the 2015-2018 promotion of one of the French Military High Schools.
I was able to take the TOEIC exam this year and obtained a score of 915 points out of 990.
My Diploma is a Literary Baccalauréat taken as an English specialist, during which I obtained the score of 20/20 in English, and 17 / 20 in foreign literature.
I traveled alone in the United Kingdom, [thanks to the DiscoverEU project] and also has broad cultural knowledge on most Anglo-Saxon countries, and can even teach linguistic slang words (words specific to a special region) and also have the ability to put you in touch with natives of some of these regions.
I sometimes do some translations for some websites. I have already taken the time to help classmates to improve their level in English, and have no problem explaining some complex grammatical structures.

Also, I do not let my mood nor what can happen in my life affect my character. If I have to teach you something, I'll do it in a good mood and do my best that it's an informative moment that does not feel like being locked in a classroom!

About the lesson

My classes will be as structured as possible to avoid any long-term confusion. I will do what I am asked to do, and I have a preference for teaching specific things rather than something general.
I will also be able to prepare documents and other sources of information so that you do not have to worry about understanding anything, and will put in a pleasant context each course.
I am looking to teach English and the passion I have for this language. My classes will adapt to whoever wants it so that they are effective and not felt like moments of torture, and try to gradually break the existing blockages facing this language!
