My teaching approach includes a crucial first step of getting to know the student for the first 5 minutes which let's me get to know my student's mindset and shape. Then I approach the topic either by starting with a free flowing conversation which naturally brings out the real problems, doesn't matter how small it may be or by starting with a worksheet for a basic gk about the subject. It is an excellent method according to my practice. This method ensures a student gets to know the subject base , since a basic conversation is enough to know it.
