• What motivates you to teach & why?

  If I don't pass on what I've learnt, my learning is totally in vain.

• When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?

  About 5 years ago.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My teacher is my role model for enabling me to do this.

• What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?

  There are times when you have to struggle with your passion and you question yourself, is this really important? Do I need to do this? And then you look down the lane you've come through and it makes you realize that your passion is worth the struggle. That kind of situation I've had in my life and the overcoming it was tough.

• In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?

  Dedication.

• What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?

  Think once, what did you think while starting and the hurdles you've come across. If giving up now still seems a good idea, then learning it wasn't.

• How does someone become a Super Prof?

  Keep yourself at the students place, have patience and dedication.
