About Isobel
I’m a student about to graduate from university, my passion is sport and sport psychology with a personal training qualification. I’ve grown up competing and coaching in sport at a national level and love sharing what I’ve learnt from these experiences. Fitness is for everyone & I want to help to make that accessible for everyone.

I can help you to set and strive towards your goals, if you’re a complete beginner or an expert I can tailor your training to you, with previous history as an elite athlete myself.
