About Sahil
Hi, I'm Sahil — a passionate and dedicated IT professional based in Bracknell with over 4 years of hands-on experience working for a leading Microsoft certified company supporting businesses and individuals with all aspects of technology.
Throughout my career I have helped hundreds of people solve real everyday technology problems, from setting up Microsoft 365 and managing emails to troubleshooting laptops, fixing internet issues and supporting people with their smartphones. I genuinely enjoy helping people and there is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone go from feeling completely lost with technology to feeling confident and independent.
I have a BCS Level 3 Certificate in IT and Computing alongside a range of professional qualifications and am currently working towards advanced Microsoft security certifications. My background is not just academic though — everything I teach comes from real world experience dealing with real technology problems every single day.
I pride myself on being patient, approachable and easy to understand. I know how frustrating technology can feel when it does not make sense, and I never make anyone feel embarrassed for not knowing something. Everyone starts somewhere and my job is simply to help you get where you want to be.

Whether you are a complete beginner who has never used a computer before or someone who just wants to brush up on their skills, my lessons are designed around you and your pace — no rushing, no jargon, just clear and simple explanations that actually make sense.
I have over 4 years of professional IT experience working for a leading Microsoft certified company, supporting hundreds of people with real everyday technology problems. This means I don't just teach theory — I teach practical skills you can actually use straight away.
Every lesson is fully remote and delivered online through platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, meaning you can learn from the comfort of your own home with no travel required. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, though I am completely flexible depending on what you need.
My teaching approach is simple — I go at your pace, explain everything in plain English, and make sure you fully understand before moving on. No question is too basic and nobody is made to feel silly for not knowing something.
