About Precious
I have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of settings. • In my previous role as a teacher, I supported children with autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. • I adapted lessons to meet individual learning needs. • I used visual aids, differentiated instruction, and assistive technology. • I developed and implemented Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support progress. Through this work, I developed strong SEN skills. • I am patient, flexible, and creative in my approach. • I build trusting relationships with children. • I use positive reinforcement to encourage engagement. • I create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. I have seen the impact of personalised support. • Increased confidence • Improved social skills • Better academic outcomes I am committed to ongoing professional development in SEN. I keep my practice aligned with current best practice and research-based strategies. I believe every child deserves equal opportunities to succeed.
