From business people to housewives, senior citizens, kids, and athletes, I have worked with people from different backgrounds. I am an engineering graduate with certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and Sports Nutrition.

Phase wise training lasting 8-12 weeks per phase.Each phase will be focused on either strength-endurance, basic strength, power, speed- strength, aerobic endurance, corrective exercises or a combination some to get comprehensive fitness
With 3-5 session per week (depending upon client's available and recovery) lasting 1 hour.
