About Sofya
My name is Sofia. I have been a stretching and fitness instructor for 3 years in New York City, working in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I work with students of all levels and help them improve flexibility, posture, and mobility. My goal is to create safe, effective, and personalized training sessions that help people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their body.
