About Joshua
I am a certified personal trainer and a certified teacher with a background in health and physical education. I also grew up an athlete playing many sports (hockey, soccer, volleyball, cross-country) and still currently am active in almost all of those activities. I love exercise and love to inspire others to be forever movers. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your fitness goals, so you can live a happy and healthy lifestyle!

-First session will be a consultation session
- after assessing your goals and if you've had any previous injuries I will put together a workout plan
- We will then workout together online/in-person for however many days you can
-On days we are not working out together, it is expected you are working out
-We will have weekly check-ins and I will help keep you accountable
*If you are training in-person, I have a garage gym that is well equipped
