About Prarthana

I am passionate about movement, strength, and overall well-being. As a regular gym-goer who enjoys yoga and functional movement, I have seen how even small, consistent workouts can transform energy levels and confidence.

This is for students studying long hours for their boards without breaks, professionals postponing their gym membership, and homemakers who are on their feet all day but rarely prioritize their own health. Long-term stress and inactivity can affect posture, strength, and overall well-being.

I want to share my knowledge and help you begin with just 15–30 minutes a day, simple, guided movement that fits into your routine and helps you feel stronger, lighter, and more energized.

Let’s start small and build consistency. Your body will thank you.

Training Approach:
I offer personalized fitness sessions designed around your age, lifestyle, and goals. My aim is to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and energized through safe and enjoyable movement.

How Sessions Work:
Each session includes warm-up, strength or mobility training based on your needs, and a guided cool-down. I adapt workouts for menopausal women, busy professionals needing quick full-body sessions, or beginners starting their fitness journey. Fun options like dance-inspired workouts and light conditioning keep training engaging and motivating.

What Makes My Coaching Different:
Personalized plans, focus on posture and form, a mix of gym training and yoga-based movement, and a supportive, non-intimidating approach.

Beginners, women at different life stages, busy individuals, and anyone who wants to build strength and energy in a sustainable way.
