About Lyons
Hi! I am Leah. I am currently an A Level student, doing Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry and I am hoping to do Aerospace Engineering at University this year. I love maths now but I wasn't always good at it. I hated it for years until I had to move to another coutry and had to reteach myself everything. I have taught myself Maths so I know how hard it can be, but once you find the right teacher, you will realise how extraordinary Maths actually is! And maybe, that right person for you is...me!

I am currently tutoring a year 8 student Maths and I find out I really enjoy it. My lessons are short and sweet, full of tips and tricks I accumulated over the years, understanding basics is my ultimate goal, once you know what you are doing, every difficult question doesn't seem as hard. I am learning with you so I will find ways that help you study smarter, not harder. In fact I think you will end up enjoying Maths after learning with me!

Perfect! Leah’s attitude to maths is inspiring, full of fun and enthusiasm, her approach is youthful and fresh, just what my teenage son needs to boost his confidence and refresh the areas he was unsure of. He actually enjoys his extra maths lessons with Leah which is a great testament to her lovely positive energy which radiates through her lessons.
She’s happy to support him with some physics too leading up to his GCSEs.
