About Corey

I'm twenty three and I've been doing action photography since I was sixteen! Over that time I've gone from shooting on automatic with very dry angles, to getting shots that turn heads within the motorsport community! I am a self tought photographer, with just over seven years experience in action photography. I've learned the simple way, word of mouth and experience! Perseverance is everything, I've had my set backs, and I've truly felt like giving up so many times! Three, four years ago, I'd struggle to get a decent shot of car sideways at all, now I'm using creative angles, getting pin sharp photos that have led to me doing promotional photography, my most recent project being Conwy Castle in Wales! I do everything from Motorsport, Landscapes to Long Exposure and Animals, and over the years have built up a diverse portfolio. I'm currently working towards starting my photography business, building the right portfolio, engaging with the right sort of market and the people within it. I have created a programme that will see you learn what I have in sevenyears, in just a few weeks! Whether you're a beginner or pro, there's always more to learn and new methods to try! About the lesson

My teaching methods are based around visual learners, photography is very hands on, my tutoring will be exactly the same. I'll teach you the theory but without letting the lessons get boring! Over the course of your tutoring I will offer progress reviews, hints and tricks (Like saving you a fortune on gear). The theory of photography can be boring, dull and admittedly at first, a lot to take in, but I want to ensure my students enjoy every lesson and don't walk away forgetting what they've learned!

Cory is a very talented guitarist and singer. He's played on the bill at gigs with my band (by invitation). He's got a great voice too and somehow managed to capture an audience. When Cory plays, people listen. So I recommend him very highly, so much so I asked him to play at my wedding recently where he gave a great performance. He's also a bloody good chap!
