About Milosz

Hi, my name is Milosz, and I’m a recent Leaving Certificate graduate from Enniscorthy. I have a strong interest in Math and Engineering, and I’m passionate about helping students understand these subjects and build their confidence.

I achieved 550+ points in the Leaving Certificate, including a H2 in Math and a H1 in Engineering. Throughout my own Leaving Cert, I developed effective ways of studying, revising and approaching exam questions, as well as learning how to break down difficult topics into more manageable parts.

Having only recently completed the Leaving Cert myself, I understand the challenges students can face during the school year. I know that sometimes a topic can be difficult simply because it hasn’t been explained in a way that makes sense to the student. My goal is to provide a patient and approachable learning environment where students can ask questions, work through difficulties and gradually build their understanding and confidence.

I also understand that preparing for the Leaving Cert involves more than simply knowing the course material. I can share my advice and tips on studying, revision, exam technique and managing the demands of the school year, based on my own experience.

I’ve always enjoyed helping my school friends and younger siblings when they were struggling with Math or Engineering. I found that I really enjoyed explaining things to them and helping them understand topics that they had found difficult. After doing my own Leaving Cert, I decided that tutoring was something I’d like to continue doing and help other students in the same way.

My goal as a tutor is not just to help students get through individual questions, but to help them develop the skills and confidence to tackle problems independently.

About the lesson

LEAVING CERT & JUNIOR CYCLE GRINDS — MATH & ENGINEERING

Hello parents! My name is Milosz, and I’m a recent Leaving Cert graduate from Enniscorthy offering targeted, high-quality online grinds via Zoom for the upcoming school year.

I offer grinds in:

• Leaving Certificate Math — Higher & Ordinary Level
• Leaving Certificate Engineering — Higher & Ordinary Level
• Junior Cycle Math - Higher & Ordinary Level

I achieved 550+ points in the Leaving Certificate, including a H2 in Math and H1 in Engineering. Having just completed the Leaving Cert, I’ve developed effective study and exam techniques that I’d love to share with students who may be struggling or looking to improve their results.

I can also offer general advice and guidance throughout the year based on my own experience of preparing for and sitting the Leaving Cert.

What does a typical 1-hour lesson look like?

First 10 minutes:
Homework review and clearing up any questions or difficulties from the school week.

Next 35 minutes:
A focused breakdown of a specific topic (such as Algebra in Math or Welding in Engineering) using clear, step-by-step explanations and high-quality summarized notes I compiled during my Leaving Cert, drawing on material and guidance from experienced teachers.

Final 15 minutes:
Practice with real Leaving Cert/Junior Cycle exam questions under timed conditions, applying what we covered during the lesson.

The structure can also be fully tailored to each student’s needs, whether that means help with school homework, projects, difficult topics, or specific exam questions.

Optional Lesson Recordings
Lessons can also be recorded, so students can go back over anything they found difficult when studying for tests and exams.

All grinds are conducted online via Zoom.

After struggling a lot with maths throughout fifth year, my daughter was feeling stressed about Higher Level Leaving Cert Maths and found the exam questions very difficult. She did a few classes over the summer break and he was fantastic. My daughter found that his compiled notes are excellent and much easier to follow than the textbook
