I have no formal experience in any institute but I used to give personal tutor when I am at college and then also. I take it as a knowledge sharing session, never take it as a teacher-student relationship. My experience says I am much comfortable to share my idea with my friends, not with my teacher.

I am a Master in Statistics and computing. I love to learn in different areas and statistics is the biggest exposer to each and every area. I explore, understand things in the depth and discuss, share with others. I take students as my friend and I only saw them the path and help them to implement their own ideas in a constructive direction.
Education is not that only gathering information its about sharpen the perceptions.
