About Rodiat

Hi, I'm DEE Rodiat Laoye — a freelance data analyst and digital marketing specialist with a track record of real, paid work across data annotation, eCommerce, and business analysis.

I'm not a self-taught hobbyist teaching from theory I picked up over a weekend. I have a data analyst background, and I've spent years applying these exact skills professionally:

4+ years working in AI-driven design and product workflows (including tools like Teeinblue and AI image generation), where accuracy, attention to detail, and structured thinking are non-negotiable
2+ years in AI data annotation — working across text/NLP, image/video, and model evaluation tasks for AI companies, which means I understand data quality, labeling standards, and how AI models actually learn from data (not just theory about AI)
Ongoing freelance work as a digital marketing and eCommerce specialist, managing real client projects that require me to analyze performance data and make decisions that affect real revenue

I built my career on freelance platforms like Upwork, where reputation is everything — clients don't hire you twice, and don't leave good reviews, unless you deliver reliable, professional results. That's the same standard I bring to teaching.

Why this matters for you

When I teach Statistics, Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Business Analysis, or AI Data Analysis, I'm not guessing at how these are used in the real world — I'm teaching you what I actually do and have done for clients and companies. You're learning from someone who:

Has been vetted and hired by real clients and companies for these exact skills
Understands both the technical side (tools, code, formulas) and the business side (what decision-makers actually need from data)
Knows what "AI data analysis" really means in practice — because I work directly in AI data annotation, not just reading about it
Communicates clearly and professionally, because that's a requirement in freelance client work, not optional
My teaching philosophy

I believe you should never feel talked down to, or lost in jargon. My goal is to explain things the way I wish they'd been explained to me — clearly, practically, and tied to real outcomes — so you leave each lesson able to use what you learned, not just recite it.

You're not just getting a tutor. You're getting someone who does this work, for real clients, right now.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Rodiat — a data analyst and digital marketing/eCommerce specialist with hands-on, real-world experience turning raw data into decisions that actually move a business forward.

I teach Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI Data Analysis — not as isolated tools, but as one connected skill set: the same skill set companies pay analysts to have.

Why learn with me?

I teach from practice, not just theory.
I'm not repeating textbook definitions — I've worked with real data, real clients, and real business problems. Every concept I teach is grounded in how it's actually used on the job, so you're not just learning "what a pivot table is" — you're learning how analysts use it to answer real business questions.

You'll learn the full pipeline, not just fragments.
Most courses teach Excel *or* SQL *or* Python in isolation. I teach how they work together:
-Statistics → the foundation for making sense of data and drawing valid conclusions
- Excel → fast, practical everyday analysis
- SQL → pulling and shaping data directly from databases
- Python → automating analysis and handling large/complex datasets
- Power BI → turning analysis into dashboards decision-makers actually use
- Business Analysis → connecting the numbers to business strategy and outcomes
- AI Data Analysis → using AI tools to work faster and smarter, a skill that's quickly becoming non-negotiable in the field

Beginner-friendly, career-focused.
Whether you're starting from zero or brushing up specific skills, lessons are structured to take you from fundamentals to confidently handling real datasets and business problems — the kind you'll be asked about in interviews or asked to solve on the job.

Practical, project-based learning.
You won't just watch me explain concepts — you'll work with real datasets, build real dashboards and reports, and finish with a portfolio of work you can show employers or clients.

Who this is for
- Beginners who want a clear, structured path into data/business analysis
- Excel users who want to level up into SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Job seekers who need portfolio-ready projects
- Freelancers/entrepreneurs who want to make smarter, data-backed decisions
- Anyone curious about how AI is changing data analysis

What you'll walk away with
A solid grip on statistics and analytical thinking
Practical skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI
The ability to turn raw data into dashboards and business insights
Exposure to AI-powered data analysis workflows
Real, portfolio-ready projects
