About Silpa Manoj

I am an International Karate player and A state boxing champion. I have been in the field since 2011. Hence, it has always been my dream to pass on my knowledge and strength to a younger generation. Building and laying a strong foundation to mould the budding champions.

About the lesson

The class would be interactive and innovative, no one class would be the same. Our classes focus on physical and mental development of children. Games, equipment training, non- equipment training, cardio, strength training, karate and boxing classes are a few of that we provide.
