About Louisa
Hello everyone, I am a 26-year-old Frenchwoman who moved to Brussels in the midst of a health crisis ... I trained in several places in France as a dancer and teacher of contemporary dance. I started with a jazz dance training school in Lyon called "Scène et formation". I then went to Nice in order to integrate a license in Performing Arts / DANCE at the University of Sophia Antipolis, where I was able to finalize my degree in Canada in Montreal as part of a university exchange. I then decided to travel 7 months to Australia, in order to improve my English and to enrich myself in terms of my personal experiences. On my return, I joined the EPSE dance school in Montpellier where I obtained my State diploma as a contemporary dance teacher. We look forward to meeting you and teaching you my know-how!

My teaching method is rather structured. I start with a gentle warm-up, followed by a few technical exercises, and then end with a more artistic choreography. For me the technique in dance is first of all very important to acquire in order to be able to express oneself then freely.
