About Joseph

I'm Joseph, a founder, engineer and seeker based in Kerala.

I spent 6 years as a software engineer at Wipro, working on projects for Nissan in Japan, Avaya in Germany and other global clients. I then co-founded a technology company and ran it for 11 years, leading product, operations, finance and teams. I know first-hand the pressure of big decisions, uncertain paths and the cost of ignoring your own well-being.

Alongside my career, I've followed an unconventional, secular path of self-inquiry, exploring meditation, philosophy, Vedic astrology and the science of well-being without being bound to any single tradition or belief system. I regularly facilitate philosophy and mindfulness sessions, including a teaching series on authentic living in modern times. I also practice self-tracking and biohacking to understand what really drives energy, focus and calm.

Today I run a small product studio, 45 Degrees, and coach people who want to realign their work and life with who they truly are.

My style is warm, honest and practical. I listen more than I talk, and I combine a strategic business mind with a reflective, spiritual approach.

I speak English, Malayalam, Hindi.

About the lesson

These sessions are for professionals and founders at a crossroads: facing a career change, burnout, a big decision, or a feeling that life has drifted from what truly matters.

Each session is a focused conversation that brings together four tools:

• Ikigai: mapping what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs and what you can be paid for, to find a direction that fits you.
• Vedic astrology–based counseling: using your birth chart as a lens for reflection on timing, strengths and life themes. It supports your decisions rather than replacing them.
• Mindfulness: simple practices to calm the mind, build awareness and respond to challenges with clarity instead of stress.
• Practical biohacking: everyday habits for sleep, energy and focus, so your body supports the changes you want to make.

I draw on 20 years of building companies, including 11 as a co-founder, and on my own journey through burnout and reinvention. No jargon, no dogma, just honest, practical guidance.
