 With 22 years experience as a Business start-up and Development Entrepreneur of both Listed and
Privately owned large Organizations in South-Africa and across border on the African continent.

 As Executive Chairman/Founder managed to increase the value of a R400 000 "Green-Startup" to R635
Million within a period of 5 years - with more than 90% of total revenue recurring in nature ( average of
22years going forward ). Achieved the same growth in early stage Botswana based venture.

 Successfully negotiated merger with Retail / Business bank to form a new entity valued at R1.3Billion.
Successfully initiated and managed the listing of new entity on the JSE.
 As Co-Founder/Group Executive Director, served on board, Member of Remuneration, Risk, Deal and CSI
committees.
 Increased the average earnings, per share with 55% P/A over a period of 3 years and 9 months.
 Reduced banking cost to income from 46% to less than 33%, while expanded bank services from a pure
micro-lender SMME & Individuals, to transactional Banking, offering bank accounts, Visa Debit &
Credit-cards.
 Grew market cap within 3 years 9 months from R1.3 billion to R3.3 billion.
 Successfully negotiated multimillion Rand buy-back, & directed the turn-around as Group MD of consumer
Services Co - comprising of a 30% Management consortium & a Consumer consortium comprising of 4 trade
union investments Co’s representing 850 000 employees, achieving 300% growth within the first 18 months.
 Owner of Strategically placed and well cemented relationships of trust, with senior business
leadership and political decision makers, developed over more than 2 decades, within South-Africa and
across the African continent.
 'Influencer amongst influencers' from a very young age involved and responsible for negotiating Multi-
Billion Rand transactions, where Businesses, Politicians and Organized Labour unlocked new values
through collaborative efforts.
 Developed an in dept knowledge of the role that the political arena can play in the corridors of
corporate business, and top level deal making.
 Widely known for a flawless execution in connecting with consumers to ensure creating innovative
solutions and realizing sustainable value through providing them with fact based strategic insights.
 Successfully over-coming personal challenge through perseverance, commitment, self-motivation and
determination resulting in developing a profound understanding of people confronted with severe
challenges and obstacles.
