Hi! I'm Ismail— a patient, friendly, and passionate chess tutor who loves helping beginners discover the beauty of the game. I’ve been playing chess for years and enjoy teaching it in a simple and structured way. I understand how confusing it can feel at first, so I focus on making each lesson clear, interactive, and encouraging. Whether you're a student, an adult who always wanted to learn, or just looking for a new brain challenge, I’ll guide you step by step until you feel confident to play on your own. I teach in English and can also support you in French or Arabic if needed. Let’s play!

I'm Ismail, and I offer beginner-friendly chess lessons online for anyone who wants to learn the basics and start playing with confidence. You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and a desire to improve! What you’ll learn with me: ♟ The rules of the game (how each piece moves) ♟ Opening principles: how to start strong ♟ Basic tactics: forks, pins, skewers, and checkmates ♟ Common beginner mistakes and how to avoid them ♟ How to think like a chess player – plan ahead and stay calm ♟ Fun practice games and puzzles during sessions Lessons are in English, French and Arabic, I adapt my teaching style to your level and pace.
