About Daniela
I am a passionate flute tutor with 6 years of experience, having successfully taught over 150 students. My approach balances technical training—breath control, tone, finger technique, and rhythm—with creative exploration and expressive performance. I adapt every lesson to the student’s learning style and goals, making learning engaging and effective.
I also provide instruction in sight-reading, music theory, and ensemble work, giving students a comprehensive musical education. My goal is to guide students towards becoming confident, expressive, and passionate flautists who enjoy every note they play.

My flute teaching methodology is centred on understanding each student’s unique learning style and creating a personalised, adaptive, and motivating learning experience. I carefully assess whether a student learns best through visual demonstration, listening, or hands-on practice, and tailor lessons accordingly. This ensures learning is both effective and enjoyable.
Flexibility is a key aspect of my approach. I adapt exercises, repertoire, and practice routines to suit the student’s pace, goals, and interests. Collaboration is emphasised through duets, ensemble practice, and group activities, helping students build confidence, timing, and expressive skills. Positivity underpins every lesson, fostering a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and celebrate their progress.
Alongside flute instruction, I provide lessons in music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This holistic methodology balances technical proficiency with creative expression, guiding students to become confident, expressive, and versatile musicians.
