About Miguel
Once I finished my compulsory education y I did the Bachelor of Biological Sciences and I have been studying Physical Activity and Sports' Sciences for 3 years now.
I have always been passionate for sports. I love playing soccer, padel, skiing, running, snowboarding, karting...
I really like helping people, and I truly believe that there is not a better way to do it than improving the health of others.

My aim is to structure your training according to your objectives, either if it is just for health reasons and general strengthen, or if it is for a particular sport event.
Due to the current times we are living, I'm aware that it is very difficult to attend to a gym and so most of the exercises will be designed to be done at home. So, contact me if you look for your ideal exercises and how to structure them at home.
