About Matt
I have an extensive knowledge in nutrition from 2002 to present day. I have maintained healthy weights and strong muscle tone from 2002 to 2024 where I am 42 and hitting new levels of fitness and strength. I want to pass on my knowledge to others and educate learners on healthy dieting.
