About William
I am in my 3rd and final year of my Sports Science BSc at the University of Essex. Through doing this degree I have completed many assignments in the field of Health and Fitness and scored highly. I have trained a client to completely rehabilitate their knee and progressed them onto a higher level of general fitness. Throughout my degree I have acquired teaching and coaching skills and have experience teaching English online to Chinese students. I am patient and guarantee to find a way to help my students! I have been studying this area for 5 years in total, during this time I have gained vast knowledge in the sporting world.

I teach patiently and can explain things in multiple different ways to aid a better understanding of the subject at hand. I research my topic thoroughly to include up to date research when delivering a session. Some people learn faster than others, as such I can cater to many different levels of learning ability and a range of individual knowledge.
