Hi I'm Malcolm
My passion for teaching started when i was playing rugby and helping out my team mates in those few things that they struggle with. Helping my friends in the gym and people always uesd to ask me how i do it . So i am here to reveal my secret of how i get it done...coach Malcolm to the rescue

I offer high quality lessons and give lessons based on my own experiences. My lessons are easy to follow and accommodate everyone in the line of sports and looking to have a better and a healthier body. My lessons will only be on weekdays from Monday to friday i deal with programs for gym and exercises and streching included.
