I am a software developer / student, I work with software and I spend most of my day with sports I have been doing sports for more than 12 years My adventure that started with taekwondo continued with kick boxing I have been dealing with taekwondo for about 6 years I have been dealing with kick boxing for about 7 years

my lessons are a bit rigid I like seriousness in sports, I can not come to stinginess, I define my lessons for a certain hour, I usually proceed according to the course of the daily routine lesson, I tell the person about the general details of sports on the first day, then I start with the warming up, I show the punch combinations, in the following days I switch to the kick combination, then a mixed combination is passed, and in the following processes, special movements are started and we start to develop the techniques learned
