About Laylaa
I am a 28 year old Sports coach.
In the world with ever changing technology, people tend to ignore things that do not involve technology, sports is one of them.
Yes, there are many educational programs and apps however your brain is not the only thing that needs exercise and stimulation.
Maybe teaching the basics would spark something in a student to want to further in a sport or better yet, make a career out of it.

Depending on the student and what their needs are in a certain sport, we will focus on those needs.
Students can also start a new sport simply because they love the sport and I will teach them skills, technique and rules of the sport.
Sports include, netball, soccer, cricket, rugby and hockey.
I also work with the little ones by improving on their fine and gross motor skills. These skills include, balancing, hand-eye coordination, general coordination( bouncing, throwing, catching etc),posture and most importantly increase their confidence to do the above.
