About Frédéric
I am a federal instructor within the French Karate Federation. Teacher in personal defense for 5 years with an experience of 30 years in martial arts (Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Jiu-Jitsu and Taï-Jitsu), I offer you a fitness adapted to your needs. I offer individual or group lessons, at home, outdoors or online.

We will start with a joint and mobility warm-up. The session will be composed of aerobic / cardiovascular exercises, high intensity intervals (HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP) adapted to your needs and level. We will conclude this hour spent together with a cool-down and stretching session.
