About Dante
Being in the sports industry for the past 18 years, have my certification in Coaching Science, and have been coaching and training locally and internationally. this same passion has brought about Findfitness4u. We all would like to keep in shape, living healthier lives, but don’t have the time or motivation to do it or we say we will get to do it next week.
We tailor make it to fit you, find a time and day that suits you, your children and family and is in an environment that you are comfortable with.
The training method provided is as Online training or One on One training, which includes mobile service. The training programmes offered are Specialised Training, Strength Training and Dietary Plans and affordable pricing.
You are not to old or to young to start living a healthy life, learn a new sport in the process and enjoy your life.

At findfitness4u we do various sports( soccer, athletics and tennis) doing skills, strength and conditioning, as well as specialized training. We also offer personal training which includes weight loss, muscle strength, firming and toning etc. with meal plans tailor made for you.
