I have 4 years of experience as a sports coach at the Domyos club in Lille as well as at home. I have accompanied in the long run several dozen people with various goals ranging from weight loss to muscle mass gain through general well-being or back pain ... Passionate about sport since always, I became a sports coach to share my knowledge and help you achieve your goals to feel better in your body and in your head. My six years of medical studies have given me a great knowledge of the human body and allow me to individualize even more my approach. I propose at the first appointment measures of body composition (fat, muscle, basic metabolism ...) and physical tests that will be performed regularly to assess your progress.
