Experience in sport industry for 15 years as an athlete.
I am experienced in strength and condition for all the sport and general training.
I provide physical therapy for diseased population.
I take up exercise as aid to provide a healthy and a good life.

Depending on one's capacity and health parameter protocols will be designed.
Every individual will be taken perosnal care.
Three category of classes will be taken
1. Diseased people ( Cardiac patients, Diabetes, etc )
2. Sport persons (cricketer, tennis player, Etc)
3. General population ( weight loss, reduction of stress, etc)
