About Samruddhi
Am a final year medical student, not only studying medicine but also studying diseases, although there are lifestyle diseases, but mainly they are due to our stress, negativity, pressure, & everything we neglect about us. While having a medical background, am supposed to have stress, life becomes hard sometimes & I know how to deal with it due to my spiritual knowledge. So helping to manage lifestyles & stress, mental peace.
