About Andrea
I am a qualified speech language pathologist with over 6 years of experience working with primary school students and children who have developmental delays, literacy and language delays. I am offering tutoring sessions for those who would like extra support with language and literacy skills. I have been trained in evidence-based approaches for helping children read, write and spell with great confidence and accuracy. I am passionate about helping children achieve their goals through fun learning activities and homework suggestions.

My teaching method is evidence-based and focused on the child's needs. The child's needs are based on reports from their parent, what the child feels they would like help with as well as reports from their school teacher/child care. I will provide my own resources/materials. If there are other workbooks that I believe will be beneficial for the individual child's needs, I will suggest these to the parent.
