About Pranav
I am a fitness trainer i specialize in calisthenics. Calisthenics is a type of fitness were we use only our body weight and as we get stronger we use equipments like rings, parallel bars, and perform complex bodyweight movements.
Comparatively it is more practical than other types of fitness since you can perform it anywhere.

The class will be for 1 hour were we will work on basic progressions depending on your current strength. We will work on mobility, flexibility, and also learn skills like human flag, frontlever, planche and handstand etc. We have program for all types of fitness goals.
