About Afshan
A good tutor needs to have a positive, understanding, and calm attitude to be able to make a student feel comfortable and allow him to develop trust in his tutor. If a student is having a bad day and doesn’t want to do a regular lesson, then the tutor should be flexible and do other enjoyable activities like playing games that help with the concepts he’s learning.

I have 30 years of experience teaching children with Special Needs mainly Dyslexia, ADHD. I have taught in person for 20 and have been teaching online for 6 years. My students enjoy working with me and have consistently made progress. After the diagnostic assessments, lessons are designed to match the specific needs of each individual student.
