About Alicia
I am a passionate primary and special education teacher. I have been teaching for 14 years, from Canada to Thailand. In those 14 years, I have learned to see the child first. I have a Bachelor's in Primary/Elementary Education, a Bachelor's in Special Education and a Master's in Education that focused in Literacy development. Recently, I began my journey towards becoming a Play Therapist as well. Personally, I struggled learning to read and write, and understand the frustration children feel when seeing a page of squiggles. With both my academic knowledge and personal knowledge I hope to help your child avoid these feelings.

These lessons will begin with getting to know your child and their current literacy behaviours, and develop from here. Every child's lessons will be developed individually.
