About Walid

Hi! I’m a bilingual high school student based in Ottawa, and I’m passionate about helping others learn French. I've spoken French for most of my life and consistently achieve strong grades in French classes at school. As someone who's still in school myself, I understand how confusing or overwhelming learning a new language can feel — and I know how to explain things in a simple, relatable way that makes sense to other students. I’m patient, encouraging, and always try to make learning fun and comfortable. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. I believe learning should never be boring, and I’d love to help you or your child build confidence in French at their own pace!

Bonjour! I'm a bilingual high school student offering fun, supportive, and affordable French tutoring for students in Grades 1–9. Whether your child is just starting French, needs homework help, or wants to improve their speaking and writing skills, I’m here to help, from someone who understands what it’s like to be in their shoes! What I offer: Vocabulary, grammar, reading & writing help Speaking practice and pronunciation tips Homework support & test preparation Lessons tailored to each student’s pace I’ve consistently earned top grades in French, and I speak it daily at home and at school. I'm patient, reliable, and love making learning less stressful and more enjoyable! Available online (Zoom/Google Meet) Flexible scheduling after school or on weekends. Let’s work together to boost confidence and make learning French something to look forward to!
