About Carl

Quick thought for anyone dealing with international clients:

If you've ever frozen up on a discovery call, overthought an email, or worried that your accent was getting in the way of your career growth, you're definitely not alone.

Having spent a couple of years training BPO agents and working hands-on with US, UK, and Canadian clients myself, I know how intimidating the global market can feel at first. The good news is, you don’t need an accent makeover—you just need a safe space to practice actual, everyday business conversations.

I spend a lot of my time nowadays helping peers bridge that exact gap. My sessions are super laid-back: we talk through real work scenarios, I share a few tips I’ve learned along the way, and we work on building that natural conversational flow.

If that sounds like something you've been looking for to level up your confidence, feel free to reach out. Always happy to share what's worked for me!

About the lesson

Here is a structured, comprehensive approach tailored to your profile as an experienced BPO English Trainer and direct international freelancer. You can use this content directly for a tutor profile, platform application (like Preply, Superprof, or Italki), or promotional proposal.

1. My Teaching Method & Techniques
My teaching approach is Practical, Conversational, and Client-Ready. Having trained BPO professionals and worked directly with UK, US, and Canadian clients, I don’t just teach textbook grammar—I teach the exact communication strategies that build trust and close deals in the global market.

The 80/20 Speaking-to-Listening Ratio: You spend 80% of the lesson speaking while I guide, correct, and refine your delivery in real time.

Contextual & Task-Based Learning: Instead of memorizing rules, we practice real-life scenarios—such as conducting client discovery calls, handling tough objections, delivering presentations, or writing professional emails.

Accent Neutralization & Rhythm Work: We focus on clear pronunciation, word stress, intonation, and thought-chunking so native speakers from North America and the UK understand you effortlessly on the first try.

Instant Feedback & Micro-Adjustments: Correcting errors immediately in a supportive, low-pressure environment ensures you don't build bad habits.
